Sports Complex, Saint-Jean Garrison

The project consists of the redevelopment of the sport section of the main building (commonly called ” La Mega”) at the St-Jean Garrison. The work included the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new indoor sports stadium adjacent to La Mega with a three-storey link between the stadium and the existing building. The project (renovation + new construction) covers an area of approximately 18,000m². The project, which aims for LEED Canada NC 2009 Silver certification, was performed in consortium with the firm ZAS.
