The project involved the construction of a new building including spaces for production, livestock farming, as well as an office and a mezzanine laboratory, along with the renovation, waterproofing, and insulation of the envelope of an existing building used for wine storage. The total area of the project is 2,650 sq. ft. The concept unifies the two buildings to create a modern and welcoming complex. The layout was designed to establish a complete production chain—from harvest to bottling—ensuring efficiency and compliance with all current food safety standards.
